The Sinus Crestal Approach Kit is a surgical instrument used for sinus lift by perforating the lower cortical wall and elevating the sinus membrane without tearing it.

- The S-reamer creates a thin bone disc between the membrane and the reamer, preventing direct contact with the sinus membrane, making the procedure safer.
