Low-Fusion Nano-Fluorapatite Glass-Ceramic

This low-fusion nano-fluorapatite glass-ceramic is used for the characterization and coating of restorations produced with press and/or CAD/CAM technologies. It is compatible with lithium disilicate glass-ceramics and ZrO₂ due to its low firing temperature of 730 °C and a CTE (Coefficient of Thermal Expansion) range of 9.5 x 10⁻⁶K⁻¹ (100-400 °C).

Advantages:

  • Layering Ceramic for Lithium Disilicate and ZrO₂: This ceramic is compatible with lithium disilicate glass-ceramics and ZrO₂, making it versatile for various types of restorations.
  • Complete Color Match: Regardless of the material used, the color match and clinical behavior of the restoration remain consistent.
  • Nano-Fluorapatite Technology: Provides superior aesthetic properties, enhancing the visual appeal of the restorations.
  • High Light Transmission and Fluorescence: Offers both high light transmission and high fluorescence properties simultaneously, contributing to a natural and vibrant appearance.

Indications:

  • Characterization and Coating of Restorations: Suitable for restorations made from materials such as IPS e.max Press, IPS e.max ZirPress, IPS e.max CAD, and IPS ZirCAD.
  • For ZrO₂ Substructures: Ideal for the characterization and coating of ZrO₂ frameworks with a CTE range of 10.5-11.0 x 10⁻⁶K⁻¹ (25-500 °C).
  • Layered Veneers: Appropriate for creating layered veneers on refractory materials, providing aesthetic enhancements.
  • Gingival Sections Design: Used for designing gingival sections in restorations made with IPS e.max ZirCAD and IPS e.max ZirPress.

Physical Properties:

  • CTE: 9.4 ± 0.5 x 10⁻⁶K⁻¹ (25-400 °C)
  • Firing Temperature: 730 °C (1st dentin)
  • Biaxial Flexural Strength: ≥ 50 N/mm²
  • Chemical Solubility: < 100 µg/cm²

Selection Set Contents:

  • 6 Special Enamel (5 g each): Aqua, Citrine, Honey, Apricot, Quartz, Diamond
  • 3 Light Reflector (5 g each): Cream, Salmon, Silk
  • 3 Light Absorber (5 g each): Fog, Lavender, Taupe

This material is ideal for achieving high quality and compatibility in both aesthetic and technical aspects of restorations, making it perfect for characterization and coating purposes.
